Let’s start off by the temperature it get really hot!! It definitely relieves my stiffness when I use it. Comes in a cute bag to put it up neatly and will not get town or damaged due to the coverage bag. My roommate likes the way it lays on your neck

I spend a lot of time at a computer desk, and hunched over looking at papers. I noticed that my neck curvature needs realignment. I've been encountering some neck pain that is bothersome. My friend told me I was getting that "Old lady hunch". It was hard to hear, but true. So, I've been using it every day for a couple weeks, and I notice that I am paying attention more when I sit at my desk. The vibrations are not painful, but so relaxing. Also, I've noticed relief in my neck pain going into my shoulders. Matter of fact, my family have been taking turns using it, and they are also reporting relief. I have to go look for it. Definitely a non-invasive way to alleviate neck pain.

The stretching function is also incredibly effective, gently but firmly stretching my neck and relieving tension.I love that it's wireless, making it easy to use while I'm working or watching TV. I’ve been using this wireless heated neck stretcher, and it’s been a great relief for my neck and shoulders. The graphene heating pad warms up quickly, and the cordless design makes it super convenient. It’s comfortable, odor-free, and really helps with TMJ and migraines. Definitely worth it!

I purchased this Heated Neck stretcher for my headaches and neck pain. I've used it for 10 minutes for 2-3 times a week. I enjoy the warmth on my neck and it is relaxing. I've twice and it last long. I love that it has different heat settings. Just wish it had rolling massaging effect. Other than that, it is a great purchase!

I've been using this neck stretcher to help with a hump that developed from poor posture, and I have to say—it does help! When I use it consistently, I notice a real difference in how my neck and upper back feel. It provides a nice stretch, helping to relieve tension and improve my posture over time. That said, I probably should use it more often to see even better results. It's comfortable to lie on for short sessions, but I do need to ease into it, especially at the beginning. If you’re looking for something to help with forward head posture or that stubborn hump, this is a great, affordable tool to add to your routine. Just make sure to use it consistently for the best results!
